About Us

Editor

Jen, the bMoreGlutenFree founder, was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease (via positive biopsy) during her senior year of college...after six years of feeling ill, visiting doctors, and undergoing too many tests.  As someone who neither enjoys cooking nor is good at it, her road to gluten-free living has been bumpy at times--especially after moving from the gluten-free mecca of Philadelphia to the less-foodie city of Baltimore, in August of 2010.

A Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Jen holds a Masters of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Education and Health Communication.  She grew up in South Jersey, and has since lived in Baltimore City (Fells Point, Charles Village, and now, Midtown/Mt. Vernon), Philadelphia, Poughkeepsie, and Prague.  Her hidden talent is that she can say the alphabet backward very, very fast.
